Yo, welcome to the Syracuse Sports Association! I’m Rock, born and raised right here in Central New York. Back in 2010, I started SSA with one simple mission: to give adults something fun to do and build a stronger community while we’re at it. It all began with just kickball—because, seriously, who doesn’t love kicking a ball and laughing like a kid again? Fast forward to today, and SSA has expanded into a hub of adult sports and recreation, offering leagues for Flag Football, Basketball, Softball, and a bunch of other ways to get your game on.

But here’s the thing: SSA is about way more than just sports. It’s about community—good vibes, great people, and the kind of connections that last long after the season ends. We’ve built this for everyone, whether you’re an MVP or haven’t touched a ball since gym class. Our leagues are competitive enough to keep things exciting but chill enough that it’s really all about having fun.
