Payment Policies
Team Payment Policy
1. Introduction
This Standard Payment Policy outlines the financial obligations and guidelines for participants in the leagues and events organized by Cuse Sports, LLC. It applies to all members, teams, and participants.
2. League Deposits
To secure a team's position in any league, a deposit is required. The specific deposit amounts vary by league and are detailed on the respective league pages.
Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid by the deadline specified for each league.
3. Full Payment Deadline
Full payment for league participation must be completed by the first week of the league start date.
Failure to complete full payment by this deadline will result in late fees being applied to the outstanding amount.
4. Late Payment Fees
Teams that have not paid in full by the start of the first week of league play are subject to late fees.
The specific amount and terms of these late fees will be communicated to the teams and are subject to change based on the discretion of Cuse Sports, LLC.
5. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any fees or deposits two weeks prior to the league start date.
Participants are encouraged to consider this policy before making their payment.
6. Method of Payment
Accepted payment methods will include online payments, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on the Cuse Sports, LLC website.
Detailed instructions for each payment method will be provided during the registration process.
7. Financial Hardship and Exceptions
Cuse Sports, LLC understands that financial hardships can occur. Participants facing such circumstances are encouraged to contact the association for potential payment arrangements.
However, the policy regarding no refunds within two weeks of the league start date remains firm.

Forfeit Policy
Teams that forfeit without notice to Cuse Sports, LLC and a response to Cuse Sports, LLC will have to pay the Ump/Ref fees for both teams to Cuse Sports, LLC.
This must be paid before the forfeiting team can play in another game.
